L'Eroica - Gaiole in Chianti (SI)

"C'era una volta una bicicletta fiammante, compagna di strada e di vita. In lei sono racchiuse le memorie del tempo trascorso, mille racconti, tante storie, viaggi ed emozioni".
L'Eroica è nata dalla volontà di far rivivire le sensazioni del ciclismo del passato e di rendere omaggio alle biciclette e ai campioni di una volta.
"Italian Vintage Bicycles Collection" non poteva mancare a questo evento e assieme al Gruppo Sportivo Esercito ha allestito uno stand presentando una dozzina delle proprie biciclette eroiche.
Legnano, Bianchi, Girardengo, Bartali, Masi, Colnago sono alcuni dei marchi storici esposti al nostro stand, dove tanti appassionati ci hanno fatto visita.
Con il Gruppo Sportivo Esercito abbiamo partecipato al percorso lungo di 205 km sudandoci la nostra eroica.
Ogni siamo presentati All'Eroica con un nostro stand e banner per promuovere la nostra associazione culturale e collezione di bici da corsa d'epoca.
Ancora più grande è stato l'interesse manifestato dal pubblico verso il ciclismo d'epoca, in cui dominavano fatica, polvere e fango.
Durante la manifestazioni affiorano le radici autentiche e popolari della passione per la bicicletta e degli amanti delle strade bianche.
Tanti aneddoti sono riemersi dal passato attorno alle nostre bici d'epoca esposte che hanno ricevuto persino la visita di Francesco Moser ed Eric Zabel.
"Italian Vintage Bicycles Collection" ha presentato alcune delle biciclette restaurate ed ha dato la possibilità ad alcuni soci di pedalare su veri gioielli d'epoca.
Davvero affascinante e incantevole l'atmosfera in rigoroso stile vintage e in completo relax, che si è potuta assaporare in quelle manifestazioni.
Per un intero weekend siamo stati riportati indietro nel tempo di circa 60 anni ritrovandoci tra polvere, sudore e gloria.
Un'edizione che ci ha fatto incontrare delle persone splendide e che ci ha fatto rivivere emozioni e sensazioni proprie di un'epoca passata tali da pensare "ritorneremo sicuramente!"
Da sottolineare che all'Eroica si partecipa soltanto con le biciclette d'epoca costruite prima del 1987, che possiedono il cambio di velocità sul tubo obliquo, i fili dei freni esterni e i pedali con i fermapiedi e cinghietti.
Casco d'epoca e scarpini in cuoio completano l'abbigliamento vintage per il ciclista doc.
Partecipare all'eroica è stato molto più affascinante e rilassante che pedalare con l'assillo del cronometro e nel nostro libretto timbri alla fine abbiamo registrato 10 ore e 45 minuti per percorrere 205 km di fascino e magia.
Dopo aver assaporato ogni attimo, possiamo condividere le parole del patron Brocci che ha dichiarato "la filosofia è quella dell'arrivare in fondo, felici di rivivere gli anni gloriosi del ciclismo".

The Eroica was born from a desire to rivivire the cycling sensations of the past and to pay tribute to the bicycles and the champions of the past.
"Italian Legend Bicycles" could not miss this event and together with the Army Sports Group had a stand presenting a dozen of their heroic bicycles.
Legnano, Bianchi, Girardengo, Bartali, Masi, Colnago are some of the historical brands on display at our booth, where many fans have visited us.
With the Army Sports Group have participated in the route along 205 km sudandoci our heroic.
Each showed up with our heroic stand and banners to promote our cultural association and vintage race bike collection.
Even bigger was the interest shown by the public towards the times of cycling, in which dominated fatigue, dust and mud.
During the events crop up on authentic popular roots of the passion for cycling and lovers of dirt roads.
So many stories have emerged from the past around our vintage bikes on display that have even received the visit of Francesco Moser and Eric Zabel.
"Italian Legend Bicycles" has presented some of the restored bike and gave a chance to some members to ride on real vintage jewelry.
Really fascinating and enchanting atmosphere rigorously vintage style and relaxing, that it was possible to enjoy in those events.
For a whole weekend we were transported back in time about 60 years finding ourselves in dust, sweat and glory.
An issue that did meet wonderful people and made us relive their emotions and feelings of a bygone era such as we think "will definitely return!"
